A coffe morning was held in Benllech on the 25th January 2007, to raise funds for the Anglesey First Response Charity and to also raise awareness of our existance on the Island.

The morning was thoroughly enjoyed by all, with Cake and Bric-a-Brac stalls, a prize raffle for the people who came, and prize tombola, and explaining to the people there about Anglesey First Response and how we work alongside the Welsh Ambulance Service.

We would like to thank all of the general public that came and showed their support, either by buying raffle tickets, entering the tombola. Events like this will continue to support the scheme throughout the Island, ensuring that we can work as well as possible whenver an emergency occours that the Ambulance Service sends us to.

This message from Tracey, Team Leader for the Benllech Area

The Benllech team held a very successful coffee morning on the 25th of January at St Andrews church Hall Benllech.

It was all possible with the help of family, friends and members from other teams.

We raised £140.00, much more than we expected, but most of all we raised awareness of the AFR to the local people of Benllech, Moelfre and Pentraeth.

Thanks again to all
