Lions Club Presentation
A presentation was recently made to the Anglesey First Response Scheme from the Lions Club Holyhead.
The presentation at the Valley Hotel was made by Bob Prentice, President of the Lions club to Donna Rushe, a member of the Holyhead Team Responders.
Morfudd Roberts, who chose the scheme as a receipient said "We chose to donate £200 to the First Response Scheme because of the good work they do, and we wanted to give to a local charity" .
The presentation was followed by a thank you address from Robert Thomas, Team Leader for Holyhead. On behalf of the First Resonders in Anglesey he expressed a big thank you for the donation adding that such donations assisted the scheme to survive and hopefully keep on saving lives in the community
